We went up to K.C. to eat out with Jeff last night and we let him choose where he wanted to eat. He chose the T-Rex since it looked entertaining. We had a couple of dinosaurs roaring at us every now and then. We have been there twice within two weeks. I think I will have to wait till the grandkids come before I'll want to go again. lol It is definitely a dining experience.

So, is the food good or are you mostly paying for the atmosphere? Because it looks like pretty expensive atmosphere.
It is if you get steak or lobster. lol Otherwise it runs about $8 & up for different dishes. They are presented well. They have kids meals that are about $5 or 6 I think. This is the only animatronics dinosaur restaurant ("T-Rex" named in the US. They plan to put one in Disneyworld next.) It reminds me of the Rainforest Cafe. The rainforest has a storm come up and the T-Rex has a volcano eruption. It also has a place for kids to go in for $2.50 and dig for dino bones etc. Of course they have a gift shop too. All in all it is worth a go at least once.
